How do fees work on ThePlanCave?

FREE to post andlistings last until user cancels them. Once an item sells, there is a 5% + 3.5%for fees which are automatically taken upon sale. (not including shipping costs if applicable).

Are there any monthly membership fees?

There are no monthly membership fees.


What do I need to do to create a shop?

Create an ThePlanCave Vendor account (if you don’t already have one) choose a shop name, create a listing, set up your shop avatar, shop banners, add your bio and then you’re ready to sell.


How much does it cost to open a shop on ThePlanCave?

It does not cost anything to have a shop on ThePlanCave. The shop is included when you sign up for a Vendors account.


Can I have multiple Products on ThePlanCave?

Yes you can have as many as you like but NO Duplicate items, Duplicates are prohibited on ThePlaCave.


How do I get paid?

Vendors get paid Weekly (if they have sales) Via PayPal so you need a PayPal account.


How does ThePlanCave protect buyers and sellers?

We protect both Buyer and Seller in the event of a transaction dispute. If you are unable to resolve a disagreement with a buyer or seller and the transaction meets our eligibility requirements, ThePlanCave will help you resolve the issue. These eligibility requirements are:

Transaction took place on ThePlanCave
Buyer and Seller are both registered users


What can I sell on ThePlanCave?

ThePlanCave provides a marketplace for any type of plans, blueprints, Manuals ect.


What size should i make the Banner for my store?

Banner size should be 1140 x 190 pixels.


How can I recover a lost or forgotten password?

From the sign in page select the Forgot password link
Enter your email address associated with your account and click the [Submit] button.
Check your email inbox. If the email does not arrive in your inbox be sure to check your junk mail folder or spam filter.
Click the reset link in that email.
Choose a new password.


How do I change my password?

From your logged in account, go to your “My Account” area.
From the left hand menu, select “Account > Password.”
Enter your current password.
Choose your new password.
Save your changes by clicking the [Change Password] button.


Why am I not receiving any emails?

Check your junk mail folder or spam filter for the missing emails.
Make sure that your email address, in your account settings, is entered correctly.
Verify that your email client, such as Outlook, is not in “offline” mode.
If you use a POP3 connection to retrieve your email, please verify that the emails were not downloaded to a different computer. If you are still not receiving our emails, please contact us.
